Collection and Delivery
If you intend to use Royal Mail to post your Autovac to us be aware that your parcel could be deemed dangerous and destroyed without consultation.
We can arrange collection through our carriers but the following conditions must be met:
- The Autovac must be drained and dried. Ideally remove the top cover screws to dry the unit internally. If the screws will not move do not force them and risk damage, remove the drain plug/tap and use an air line through the petrol elbow to dry the unit internally. Smelly/wet units may not be delivered.
- Seal the unit in plastic, pad well and parcel into a box. Clearly mark Autovac, EX20 2JJ on the outside along with your name, address and contact phone number.
- Notify us when the unit is ready for collection and we will arrange a mutually agreeable date with our carriers.
The cost of collection, including insurance, will be added to your bill.
Return deliveries will be agreed with yourselves and our carriers will contact you by text or e-mail to notify time of delivery, within a 1 hour window.
